Dave is an experienced executive, coach, and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering results across multinational organizations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles spanning Supply Chain Operations, Process Excellence, Human Resources, and Learning. 

During his 20-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Dave spent more than a decade operating at Global Director level, serving on senior leadership teams in both Ireland and the United States. In these roles, he successfully led a number of large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, helping businesses improve performance, strengthen capabilities, and achieve strategic objectives.

Prior to J&J, Dave held Human Resources and Organizational Development roles with AstraZeneca, Heineken, and Wal-Mart International, providing him with broad experience across diverse industries and global operating environments.

Today, Dave partners with individual leaders and senior teams, to enhance leadership effectiveness, develop strategy, and successfully navigate transformation. Drawing on extensive experience working with Irish and global executive teams, he combines practical business insight with an understanding of human performance and team dynamics.
